How would your describe this anime character?

Pretty boy, wise guy, he is cheerful yet easily hurt, he is one of those guys who are being hated in this world because of their pussines and because they get all the girls, but this character, it doesn't seem like getting girls is his intention on purpose, more like he just live happily cheerful, but he is not careless and he is not lazy. All tho, often in animes and mangas, that is a mask what they put up on, therefore, his true nature might be a bad guy and he often makes bad comments about people behind their backs.
