Woman's health is maintained by which one of following??

I had normal delivery, without complications.My doctor didn't say any complication in my ultrasound. I experienced pain but had a strong belief that i can give birth to a child bearing all pain, as in old age many ladies gave birth to number of children at home without doctors and technologies. How they could bear all the pain. So i hoped I can do this. and at the time of labor I had unbearable pain but we must be very strong at mind and should not under go any sort of depressions. Be strong, this can relieve physical pain. Take support from family. All the best.
