Would you find this kind of neighbor annoying, and what would you do?

You live with your parents? You can move out, close your window, switch rooms or decide to speak with your neighbors about this issue. Blasting music outside of your window is NOT the answer, you should calmly have a discussion with them. I'm sure things can be worked out. Nothing ventured, Nothing gained.
