Why can we call Bush a chimp but if we called Obama a chimp, we'd be racist?

Because President Bush is a republican and he can be called names by the left because they feel that it is their "duty" to speak out. But in all actuality it boils down to being the typical double standard that we can not participate in because we would be considered a racist and a bigot.
