Will my chest muscle and abs grow bigger with these workout? i'm not dreaming for a very huge muscle a good ?

If you want to build muscle, you should do each exercise for a set of about 8 to 12 reps. Use enough resistance so that you have trouble doing those reps. You should then rest and do two more sets. Doing exercises for 50 times or more may make you stronger, but they will not make you bigger. Also, make sure you eat a lot of protein.
