Vacation to Europe(Spain, Italy, France) What can we do there?

I'm going on vacation to Spain, Italy, and France, and I wanted some ideas of stuff to do in each country. Obviously in Italy I'll go to the Eiffel tower, I'm going to make reservations at the restaurant inside the eiffel tower, and in italy I want to see the leaning tower of pisa, and take a gondola ride. I'm not really sure about anything to do in Spain though. What are some things you would suggest doing in Spain, Italy, and France?
