Virginia Tech Shooting?

Have you ever wondered why somebody just all of a sudden got up one day and decided that they would shoot somebody/people today?....What would empower somebody to do something like that? what the hell is this world soming too!!! all answeres are greatly appreciated ....my heart and prayers go out to all the people involved in this horrible tragedy
