93 dodge 1 ton turbo looking online finding new turbos for 600.00 is that too good to be true when all others?

of a price when all others are running for about 1000.00 the one for 600.00 is on turbochargerpros are they a rliable co..agin they say theses are new w/a 1 yr waranty , alos could this be changed by someone with some common sense or are there some adjustments that need to be done by a mech. thanks for any help
