"Used Car Salesman" Achievement on Halo 3?

So I've nearly got all the achievements I can possibly get, but this one seems to be evading me. Apparently you have to destroy a vehicle with 3 enemies in it. I have blown up several phantoms with a tank, no achievement. Planted grenades in wraiths, destroyed scarabs, prowlers etc. What other vehicles are there??? How do I get it?
