Does a rocky start at a JC hurt you in the eyes of a CSU?

My first year of JC started well by me taking 2 summer courses and (Macroeconomics and Psychology) and had a 3.5 GPA. However, this year I had to withdraw from 2 courses to help my mom out with my little brother while she is getting her masters in psychology and a divorce from my dad. Will this hurt a lot?
