How do i know if I have ped ALL of my mucus plug??

You won't know if you lost it all. Some women never lose it until they are in active labor. If you are 1 cm and 25% then you are starting to become effaced and dilated. But you are only 36 weeks. You could stay at 1 cm and 25% for 4 more weeks. Just try to relax and know that even if it seems like it is taking forever, things are progressing. The last 4 weeks of waiting are the hardest, but that baby will be here before you know it.
