Well maybe if he is not listening... call the local municipal court and ask to speak with a juvenile probation officer. Im sorry the mother doesnt participate. You have to do what is best for the 15 year-old. Maybe if he sits in juvy for a few days and gets probation it will change him. May as well do it while he is still young.
