Pregnant! Bleeding?!? No Pain! Babies Heart Beat is perfect!?

I woke up Tuesday morning to find a toilet filled of blood Mind you im 16 weeks pregnant. I freaked out ran to call my doc, Had to use bathroom again 2nd toilet full. I drove my self to E.R. gushing blood 2 times only had one cramp within 15 mins of drive time. Got to hospital they couldn't figure out y i was bleeding I had no pain. They showed my baby jumpin happier than ever heart beat was a good 150. They took me to labor and delivery floor did more test My bleeding had started to slow down at this time, they thought maybe i was going to have a miscarriage or might have to have a possible DNC. Nope, They took me to the High Risk floor Admitted me the next morning i had seen Maternal fetal medicine they said they couldnt see anything either but they did tell me I'm having a girl!!! They sent in a specialist, Which he was able to tell me everything looks good too, But he says i must of torn the placenta from my uterus a little. do you think he just told me that to get me out of the hospital. He diagnosed me but no one seen that on the ulrtasound monitor? He wants me to follow up in a week. The bleeding is alot lighter at night it gets a little heavier. It's Friday now and im still bleeding although its a lighter flow it goes from light peach color during day and like a blush rose color at night. I am on l Cream for bacterial infection if anyone has ever had this before please share with me i feel like im the only one out here with this problem... It doesnt make sense to me.
