Walmarts return policy on open electronics? (sony handycam)?

i bought a Sony Handycam not even a week ago, and i opened it, used it once and HATE it.... will walmart return it? ( i tried returning a video game, and they gave me this whole big ordeal of "we can just exchange it since its open" so im stuck with a video game that i detest...) anyways i have my receipt, the original packaging its still brand new condition, it works i just hate it.
