Would Tropic Thunder be appropriate for a 13-year old?

Would Tropic Thunder be appropriate for a fairly mature 13-year old who has seen Tenacious D: The Pick of Destiny? If you were to say that it is really up to the parent, what kind of content would be worrisome?
