I need help, im so scared about my future..?

Talk to your teachers. They were my inspiration and they were what got me through school with straight A's. Teachers are full of ideas, they've met all kinds of students, and they especially love people who WANT to get better grades and are willing to work for it. They will tell you what you can do better and give you suggestions on how to get there. Try what they say, work with them, and you'll do it. Good luck.
