Why is my snug piercing still swelling randomly?!?

So I got my snug pierced April 6th and it is still swelling just randomly!? I try not to sleep on it but I am a hard sleeper I know I don't sleep on it alot maybe toss and turn on it some it just says on the papers not to sleep on it at all but sometimes it will just start swelling out of nowhere randomly when I'm not even touching it or doing anything to it. Can you please tell me why this is?
