I need help with my system with Ubuntu?

I added a virtualbox OSE package and tried to load it it came out with this error saying all Linux or Fedora user's should download DKMS packages first... I had no idea want to do so I reinstalled the software and it popped up again with the same problem, want do I do to fix it!! ?
