Why don't me and my dad get along?

I am 19 and he is 50. Also, I'm an Aquarius and he is taurus, Sometimes i feel smothered by his attitude and because he is a doctor he thinks he is smarter than everyone else. He is white and my mother is pacific islander but him and my sister get along fine. I am the only son and i get along with my mom. I am bitter towards my dad because he never took interest in me when i was a kid. I signed up for little league baseball in 4th grade and he scolded me. I did it anyway and he never went to a game. He doesn't like me because he thinks I'm an idiot and unpredictable. In public he is loud and abrasive. We can't meet eye to eye on ANYTHING.
