okay,since you are young, ppl are going to be skeptical about hiring you. Go take a babysitting course, it's like an extra bonus for you. Also, putting fliers up isn't the best idea, anyone could call, and you don't know if the ppl are trustworthy. Maybe get your mom to talk to people she works with. That way she will know about them and decie if they're appropriate for you to babysit for. Good Luck!
